Read-only diagnostics for one chroma-key setup. Loads GET /stream/<id>/options
and shows every option group, then resolves the chroma-key targets — the ingest plus
each target stream it references (with its background) and their transcoding renditions. Only the
referenced streams are fetched; the org is not listed. No playback, no editor.
